When you need to file a claim, there are several ways in which to make your report. Most of our insurance carriers have toll free numbers which can be accessed 24/7. As your insurance agency, it is imperative that we know when and what type of claim you are making. We can assist in many ways to make sure your claim is handled quickly and efficiently.

Emergency Claims: Should you suffer a major claim during weekends or holidays, please call the carrier directly using the toll free number. Please have your policy information available and as much detail about the claim as possible. After notifying the carrier directly, please notify our office for additional assistance and follow up.

Non-Emergency Claims: Please contact our office as soon as possible for assistance with filing your claim at 704-444-8403.

Workers Compensation Claims: Should be called in directly to the carrier via the toll free number found below. In case of death, OSHA should also be contacted immediately. After notifying the carrier directly, please notify our office for additional assistance and follow up.

Automobile Claims: If an emergency, call the carrier directly. The information can be found on your insurance card in your vehicle. Please remember to collect the other party's insurance information, and take photos if possible. Many cell phones today are equipped with cameras.
